It’s been far too long since my last build update but I’m pleased to say that the house is finally finished and on the market. That last push was frantic and decorating took longer than anticipated just so we could get that finish we were looking for.
Our decorator is a meticulous man who was as keen as we were to get a good quality finish. Overall we are very pleased with the house.
We know that grey seems to be the “in” colour at the moment but it really is just a non-offensive colour which can be combined with so many other colours. The white palette is one which can be easily altered or added to by the new home owners.
BC checks complete with no remedial work required. All necessary documents provided so that we can get our final sign-off certificate. Chasing the various tradespeople has been fun ?.
