Current Project
Our latest project is the refurbishment of 4 flats recently purchased, which will be an on-going project due to tenants being in situ, so careful planning is required
One tenant recently moved on so we took the opportunity to start refurbishing works on this flat. As you can see, it was in dire need of some TLC. The EPC was low, and although no-one is yet sure of what the minimum rating required to rent out a property will be, we have decided that it makes sense to try and future-proof as much as possible whilst stripping things back.

What have we done?
We were very pleased with the outcome of the detached, 3-bed timber-frame new build completed in 2021.
Our ultimate goal was to complete the property and sell to a first or second time buyer, which we did.

We are looking at a variety of developments at the moment; from extending some flats we currently own, to looking at small retail pods. We are excited about the possibilities ahead and will keep everyone updated on our progress via social media and our blog.
