If you own a property and are looking for some help managing it, we’re here to support you as much, or as little as you need. We manage single lets as well as houses in multiple occupation (HMOs). We will work to find you quality tenants, deal with all the paperwork and finances, and we can even manage any necessary maintenance work. We simply charge a management fee, which is a percentage of the gross rent.

Leasing Your Property

Are you leaving the country for a period of time, or simply don’t want the stress and hassle of being a landlord? We can provide a simple “hands-free” solution, where we lease your property from you. This means rent is guaranteed for the entire period of the lease, regardless of any void periods which may occur. We’ll even cover any internal maintenance issues ourselves (excluding any structural or boiler issues).

Whatever option you choose, we will market your property in a cost-effective way, find suitable tenants and carry out thorough vetting. We manage the property for maintenance issues, deal with any tenant issues that may arise, with a goal of having happy tenants. We also deal with all the paperwork and ensure all laws are being followed.

You can be as involved, or uninvolved as you like. We will initially sit down with you and discuss your full requirements and then work from there. We can simply find you tenants and leave the rest to you, or manage the whole process throughout the entire lease period.
