Development

We would normally suggest a minimum investment of £50,000.
Development profits are typically split between the developer and investors. This is usually based on a percentage of a profit share. Each project will be different, depending on your investment, which will be discussed in more detail with you at the time. We are completely transparent in our research work for our projects and provide this information to you so you can make an informed decision and are fully aware of any potential risks involved before deciding to invest.
Yes. You will always have a say on which projects you would like to invest in. We will have an initial conversation with you to understand your requirements and will always keep you updated throughout the process.
Development investments usually involve becoming a Joint Venture Partner. This type of investment will give you a profit at the end of the project, which can vary from several months to several years. There are more risks involved with development, due to factors sometimes out of our control. You will be made aware of this at the time. This option may be suitable to someone who wants a more “hands on” approach.

Fixed Returns

We usually suggest a minimum investment of £5,000. There is no upper limit.
If you opt to invest for a fixed return on your money, we would arrange for the interest to be paid to you monthly, annually or at the end of the term, into your chosen bank account.

The investment terms will depend on the level of investment, but a minimum term of 24 months is required for investments above £20,000. The interest on your investment can be paid monthly, annually or at the end of the term when your original investment is due. We often find that investors will extend the term as they are pleased with the return they are receiving.

We provide you with a legally binding agreement, which can be upheld in a court of law. You may choose to take this to your own solicitor to review, before committing.
